I'm Clive Griffiths and in 1998 - after two decades of successful
corporate life - I decided to set up an independent facilitation
and coaching practice. All of my work has the common theme -
"Helping People Decide".
I’ve a background in systems design, business development
and leadership. I’ve built my intervention strategies
over a number of years. I've applied them with senior executives
in some of the best known names in business including Cisco,
Gartner and PWC Consulting. And, before forming iGriff, I used
them myself as an employee in organisations such as ICL, Digital
Equipment Corporation and AtosOrigin.
My aim in life is to be authentic and make a difference to my
client’s lives. So, I only do work I enjoy, with people
I like.
When I’m not engaged in work, I like nothing more than
training my dog to compete in Working Trials. These competitions
are the civilian equivalent of Police Dog work and the canine
counterpart of the Three Day Event for horses.
