When it comes to consultancy business development and growth, most people talk a good game. There's no shortage of books, podcasts, and advisors telling you to "get better at xyz"

Often that advice is abstract and theoretical. A course based on book learning, not the painful scars earned in the field.

My approach is different. First off, my work is highly pragmatic and practical. I recognise that consultants are time-starved and have limited bandwidth for business development. Part of what we do is focus that time and build the confidence to execute well. 

In short, I'll help you deliver real business development results because that's what I've been doing for the last 30+ years. I've worked with individuals and teams, solo practices and big-brand businesses — all in consulting, or technology services, so I understand the nuances of selling expertise, not products packaged as "solutions".
