Transformational Change

Think you know your arse from your elbow?

Or a hare from a rabbit?

Some people get confused I know.

This one’s a hare.

She was doing a bit of personal grooming in my garden this morning. I noticed her at around 5:30am as I was journaling my plans for today.

For some reason watching her made me switch thinking - considering the difference between incremental and transformational change.

People get those confused too.

Mant corporate types talk a good story about T-change, as they sometime call it. But when you look at their growth targets they’re linear, not exponential.

Some don’t even keep pace with the market - let alone deliver competitive growth.

Honestly, that’s boring business. Good for steady investors. Not so hot for entrepreneurial types.

Certainly not setting the world on fire 🔥

Back to our hare and a few things worth knowing if you’re interested in T-change.

First - tongue in cheek - did you know that lycanthropists morph into werehares- like with bats and wolves. So truly they’re transformational.

Second, and more importantly, hares are able to accelerate, turn on a dime, and have outstanding acuity.

All traits worth developing.

Anyhoo, enjoy the video.

It’s a privilege to see creatures like this in the wild. And something non-AI to focus on for a minute.
