- Visionary goals that became reality.
- Higher standards and levels of performance.
- Working on what's possible, not what's predictable.
- Expensive, intractable, problems getting resolved.
- Stronger, tighter, team performance dynamics.

Balanced with kindness, unreasonable expectations can take people to new heights.
