Are you ‘all in’ or ‘half assed’?

To get to a higher performance level you’ll need to change what your doing.

And probably not be content with tiny incremental changes each year. High achievers think bigger and bolder than that.

A lot of people like the idea of growth. But when push comes to shove they don’t (or won’t) invest in themselves and their team. They prefer to stay in their comfort zone.

That’s a good reason to watch people’s actions rather than listening to their words. Look at personal growth over the last few years. Are they ‘all in’ or ‘half assed’?
