Listening is perhaps the most important thing in sales.

Unfortunately, when I first got interested in listening, I had a hard time figuring out where to start.

Read This Book: TalkWorks by Andrew Bailey and Gerald Egan*. This will show you how to get more out of life through better conversation.

Watch This Video: The Power of Deliberate Listening by Ronnie Polaneczky. Entertaining and inspirational talk including her Ninja listening method.
