The relentless achiever doesn't need a pep talk.

You’ve got the 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
You’ve already got the scars.
You're in the game of playing big.

But big can get messy.
↳ Focus turns into spiralling.
↳ Execution turns to grind.
↳ Conviction? Flickering.

Not because you’re lost - 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁.

What you need isn’t another coach, mentor, or mindset guru.
You need a collision. 𝗔 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱𝘀.

Something that cuts the crud.
Confronts the story you’re telling yourself.
And drags the real you - 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 back into the room.

𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

⇥ Not a hug.
⇥ Not a journal.
⇥ Not a circle of trust.

They’re a candid mirror🪞and a match 🔥

We are candid.
We burn off the BS.

What’s left?
↳ Clean 𝘂𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 and freedom.
↳ Ruthless 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
↳ Clarity walking 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This is where high-performers come when:
↳ The game is moving too slow.
↳ You're surrounded by yes-men.
↳ And 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲.

⇥ It’s not consulting.
⇥ It’s not coaching.
⇥ 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁.

For ambitious people who’ve plateaued … and know it.
For high-performers operating at 80% … and pretending it’s 100.
For those who aren’t broken … but are playing games they’ve outgrown.

You want 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀?
↳ Own your mind.
↳ Lead with conviction.
↳ Move with precision.

Cut through. Burn clean. Execute.

Or stay stuck, shiny, and comfortable ... while your edge slowly withers ... quietly dies.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁. 𝗢𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁.

But if you do … come ready.

Let’s talk.

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly. John

Here to share

Posting regularly on LinkedIn one starts to appreciate the different social engagement circles. You've got your lurkers. They follow but never engage. You've got your collectors. They connect to boost their numbers, but aren't truly interested. You've got your barnacles (HT Dean

Molly vs the Machines

Monetising misery. A machine for manipulating behaviour. Global architecture of surveillance. Computational governance. -//- Yesterday I watched Molly vs the Machines on Channel 4 catch up. I feel it's a must watch for anyone with children. The phrases above are four of many I wrote down, used
