My friend Dr Louise Van Rhyn tells a story about a story.
She uses it in consultancy training ... to frame a shift.

From blame to ownership.
From passive recipient … to active creator.

Empowered leadership.

People remember that story (about sandwiches).
It doesn’t just teach ... it shifts perspective.

It slips into one's mental map.
Rewires thinking.
Powerfully.
Quietly.
