What if there are only two reasons for hiring you? Because they probably are!

1. To enable decision-making. This is where clients want insight about things that need to change ... or they need expert knowledge about how to best change those things.

2. To implement a decision that's been made. In which case clients want to delegate tasks to external resources, usually because their team hasn’t the time or skills necessary for execution.

Within these frames there might be various levels of engagement and different interventions, but what if your client's essential outcome - and only reason to hire you - was always something to do with better decisions, or effective implementation?
