3. Impact assessment
Once I have your request, we’ll arrange to talk and explore your growth ambitions. We’ll go deep into your goals, success metrics, and the value you’re looking for. We’ll also look at any concerns you have, where you’re stuck (if), the risks of change, available resources (time, money, people) and project boundaries.
4. My proposal
Following the Impact Assessment I’ll think hard about how to best approach your unique situation. At this stage I’ll offer you some specific recommendations, with options and fees.
