I noticed bold ambitions require an unreasonable agenda. Which means pushing higher standards and not accepting the status quo performance.

Most people don’t like being on the receiving end of this type of strong leadership. And so some leaders dilute their mission to accommodate this resistance.

They end up rearranging deckchairs instead of changing the word. That’s a shame.
