Personal impact

So, a final thought for 2015. How clear is it for you ... what you must do  ... to create the future you want?

I’ve attracted some fantastic clients in recent years. They fit into two categories:

  1. Boutique consultancy owners. They’re stuck with business development. Which means we work on business strategies, engaging prospects, and closing sales.
  2. Corporate change leaders. They’re responsible for leading massive transformations in their organisations. Which means we work on their personal influence and their team’s performance.

For me, a similar theme always emerges for both. Clarity.

Clarity about their personal impact right now. Clarity about the behaviour changes needed for a new level of impact ... in the future they want.
