Imagine you're a VC with limited capital: your time and energy. 

Last week:

• Where did you invest? 
• Which investments drained you versus energised you?
• Which moved your most important goals forward?

Now the hard question:

If you were starting fresh today, which current commitments would you definitely not choose to fund?

3/ QUESTION

What are you treating as fixed that's actually a choice?

• Your capacity. 
• Your market. 
• Your timeline. 
• Your standards.

Something you've accepted as permanent is negotiable.

A few examples to stimulate your thinking:

"We can only support 12 clients at any one time."

"We only sell to healthcare; it's where our relationships are."

"Breaking into a new region will take at least two full years."

"We can’t ship until the product feels absolutely perfect."
