The Weekly Reframe #13
3 things that made me think differently and why they matter.
1/ Notice
Typoglycemia is that weird thing where some people can read and understand sentences despite the letters inside the words being scrambled. Like this:
The boy oculd not oslve the rpoblem so he saked for help.
This got me thinking differently about how some people develop strengths for other forms of pattern recognition strengths in different contexts. That's foundational to good coaching, consulting, and strategy work. Identifying limiting beliefs. Applying cross-industry analogies. Spotting weak signals.
What patterns and scenarios are you intentionally exposing yourself to?
2/ Do
I reckon I'm sitting on £1,000,000 worth of content. All the slides from custom workshops. Good work, just sitting on my hard drive unused.
So as an experiment I used AI and transformed one workshop into:
• A fully narrated podcast episode
• An explainer video
• A fresh slide deck
• An infographic
This is something anyone with content can do.

3/ Question
Why are you treating your best ideas like they need more evidence,
but your doubts like they're already facts?
Weird right?
The bold move.
The new offer.
The creative risk.
Stop embracing fear more than possibility.
A few examples to stimulate your thinking:
"The boss won't buy in" (no conversation, assumed resistance).
"I'll lose credibility if it fails" (no small test, just reputation fear).
"It's too far from our core" (no exploration, just boundary worry).
"We don't have the bandwidth" (no reprioritisation, just capacity doubt).
Ask yourself: Where do I need to embrace possibility instead of fear?
Hit reply and share your takeaways this week.
That's it until next week.
