How I got interested in ChatGPT

I wouldn't call myself an expert in ChatGPT.
However, I spent the last year learning how AI can transform client engagement.
↳ Hours experimenting with ChatGPT and other platforms.
↳ Useful research and insights generating personalised content.
↳ Deeper views of my clients' customers, goals, and industry’s pressures.
Here's how I first became interested in using AI for sales enablement:
I've known for a long time that thorough research and content creation for a sales meeting took too long. When rushed, it often lacked the nuance needed to make the conversations relevant. Worse still, people ignored it or improvised.
I started using AI to brainstorm talking points and create content templates allowing:
↳ Conversations aligned more closely with clients' issues.
↳ More focus more on the human side of the conversation.
↳ Reduced preparation time.
There's still plenty of human additions, but overall the results are faster, cheaper and better.
So, my goals over the next year are:
⇢ Keep taking advantage of AI to generate useful insights and ideas for talking points.
⇢ Refine my use of AI in a way that supports both efficiency and personalisation.
⇢ Always add a layer of human oversight and a personal touch.
This way, I can save time, have value-driven talks with clients., and continue to evolve my AI skills.
