𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The secret to collaboration isn’t in what you say.
It’s in how well you hear and act on others’ insights.

Listening louder means:

⇢ Seeking clarity, not control.
⇢ Asking questions, not making assumptions.
⇢ Building trust through empathy and understanding.

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 (𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁):

“Talking over” → “Amplifying voices.”
“Defending ideas” → “Exploring perspectives.”
“Reacting” → “Responding thoughtfully.”

What’s one way you’re practicing loud listening this week? ✍️

P.S. Share this with someone who embodies true collaboration. ♻️
