Is your team thinking and creating… or snoozing and consuming?

Two questions:

1/ How well do your team solve problems they’ve never seen before?

2/ How reliant are they on
and AI for answers ... without thinking for themselves?

If there's room for improvement. Here's my recommendation:

Creative Collaboration and Independent Thinking are THE high performance skills to nurture in your team.

More and more, I see people accepting what’s spoon-fed.

That’s a problem for them. And an opportunity for those who don't.
