I have a practice, not a business.

A Thinking Practice.

It’s not designed to sell.
It’s built to matter.
It’s a force.

I’ve rejected the typical playbook:
↳ Chasing volume.
↳ Scaling up.
↳ Hiring.

Business growth for the sake of it. That’s not my goal. Instead, I pursue mastery.

That doesn’t mean I don’t support revenue growth. That's my clients' focus and many of them want scale. Some even plan on exiting.

That’s their path. And mine is different.

Mine means finding smart people (consultants and other experts like you) to work with. Choosing the select few who value independent thinking. Those committed to meaningful work and change.

⇥ Ambitious - driven like the entrepreneur they are.
⇥ Adventurous - up for game changer challenges.
⇥ Autonomous - looking for more than advice.

My job is to push them. Sometimes that feels uncomfortable. That’s good, because it’s where the breakthrough happens.

Which all boils down to this:

The right people. Not more people.

I don’t chase clients. My work, my manifesto - speaks for itself. If it resonates, they find and work with me. If it doesn’t, we weren’t a good fit.

Growth isn’t more. It’s better.

I invest in influence, thinking, and sharpening ideas. The right people show up because I offer them something exceptional, that can’t be ignored.

Legacy is in doing the work.

My success is measured by the impact of those I’ve worked with. If they thrive, push limits, and change things, I’ve done my job.

This isn’t a business. It’s my practice. It’s a body of work. And it’s built to endure.

This is my future. And I’m building it now.
