I know consultants work hard staying on top of their subject matter expertise.

I know they have thinking tendencies toward analysis, synthesis and systems.

But how hard do they work at the social cognition aspects of their job.

Developing excellence in these skills:
↳ Listening.
↳ Questions.
↳ Influence.

All essential for consultation.

The best consultants I know work on mastery of these three things.
You can see, hear, and sense it in their interactions.
