Not through drama ... but through delay.

They show up halfway.
Deliver the bare minimum.
Lean on your drive to keep things afloat.

You start finishing their work.
You double-check everything.
You carry more than your share... again.

๐—ช๐—ต๐˜† ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐˜€๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ?

Because weโ€™re team players.
Because we donโ€™t want conflict.
Because โ€œsomeone has to do it.โ€

But letโ€™s be real:

If someone keeps opting out of effort...
you donโ€™t have to carry the cost.

โ‡ข Normalise picking up the pieces.
โ‡ข Stay silent to โ€œkeep the peace.โ€
โ‡ข Assume no one else notices.
โ‡ข Work twice as hard to fix it.
โ‡ข Pretend itโ€™s not impacting you.
โ‡ข Keep giving more to avoid guilt.

โ‡ฅ Set the line: this is your task, not mine.
โ‡ฅ Document your work. Let your impact be visible.
โ‡ฅ Say something ... early, calmly, and clearly.
โ‡ฅ Protect your energy like itโ€™s part of the job.
โ‡ฅ Let people face the results of their choices.
โ‡ฅ Focus on what you came to build.

Youโ€™re not being difficult.
Youโ€™re being fair.

This isnโ€™t about revenge.
Itโ€™s about responsibility ... starting with your own.

Some people pull together.
Others pull you under.

Know the difference.
Adjust accordingly.

Carrying dead weight doesnโ€™t make you strong.
Setting it down does.
