Driven? Obsessed.
Precise? Overbearing.

Curious? Stay in your lane.
Resilient? You must be hard.
Disciplined? That’s intimidating.

Independent? Not a team player.
Courageous? Reckless.
Imperturbable? Cold.

Exacting? Controlling.
Practical? Unimaginative.
Unreasonable? You need to chill.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀.

You don’t need to tone it down.
What the world sees as
is exactly why you'll win.

Instead you need people who get it.
𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 instead of asking you to dim it.

Because you’re not the problem. You’re the one selflessly solving it.
