Stillness gives you space
– space to hear yourself think, feel, and just be.

It offers clarity, like sediment settling in water.

It gives you presence
– time slows down.

You’re not chasing or avoiding anything.

Stillness can be healing, like rest for the soul.
It gives you control
– not over the world, but over how you respond to it.

And sometimes, stillness gives you answer.
Or at least the silence needed to listen for them.

How do you find your stillness?
