And it doesn’t come from motivation.
It's the core of an elite performer's identity.

Motivation says: “I feel like it today.”
Identity says:
- This is who I am.
- This is what I do daily.
- Even when I don’t feel like it.

Do you think the top 4% of Growth Leaders wait to feel inspired.
Or make excuses, turn of the alarm, and snuggle down for a duvet day.

Of course not.

But they don’t “power through” either.
Or need to hype themselves up.

They show up ... because that’s what they do.
They take action because they’ve trained their identity.

It’s not discipline.
It’s not willpower.
It’s habits wired to identity.
