#2. They’re not just ‘order takers’ they know how to overcome a client’s self diagnosis and commodity ‘spec buying’

#3. They have the EQ needed to influence and find common ground with multiple stakeholders on different agendas

#4. They’re able to ‘hold space’ and help indecisive clients overcome their anxieties and make their minds up - they facilitate decisions
