↳ Nature walks boost my productivity
↳ I've balanced work with other interests

💢 The Truth:
↳ It wasn't at all easy
↳ Screen time monitoring helped
↳ Adapting boundaries took time and effort
↳ Guilt for disconnecting still surfaces sometimes
